PetFace (“we”, “us”) runs petface.store and sells custom pet-face socks. This policy explains how we handle personal data.

We collect your name, email, shipping address, payment details processed by Shopify, order history, and photos you upload to personalize a product.

2. Photos you upload

Photos are used only to create, preview, print and fulfill your order. We do not sell your photos. We keep production files as long as needed for reprints, support or legal reasons, then delete them.

3. How we use data

We use data to process orders, print custom socks, ship, handle support, prevent fraud and meet legal duties.

4. Sharing

We share data only with providers that help us operate the store: Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers and print partners. They may only use the data to perform their service.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, subject to legal limits.

6. Cookies

The store uses cookies needed to run checkout and the shopping cart. Optional analytics cookies are used only where allowed.
