These Terms of Service govern your use of the PetFace website and your purchase of products from PetFace.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products
PetFace specializes in personalized products created using photographs and customization information supplied by customers.
We make reasonable efforts to display products, colors, proportions, and previews accurately. However, screen settings, fabric characteristics, printing processes, and manufacturing tolerances may result in minor differences.
Customization
You are responsible for reviewing the photo, size, color, personalization options, spelling, and other information submitted with your order.
Once production begins, personalized orders may not be changed or cancelled.
Your Content
By uploading a photograph, image, design, or other content to PetFace, you confirm that you own the content or have the necessary permission to use it for the requested product.
You grant PetFace and its manufacturing and fulfillment partners a limited license to reproduce, modify where technically necessary, print, process, and transmit that content solely for purposes connected with providing your requested product and related services.
You remain the owner of your original content.
You must not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy rights, is unlawful, abusive, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse an order containing prohibited material.
Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment failure, technical errors, prohibited content, incorrect pricing, or inability to fulfill the product.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will provide an appropriate refund.
Pricing
Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on your location or selected Shopify Market.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs charges, or other fees will be shown before purchase where required and where they can reasonably be calculated.
Payment
Payments are processed through Shopify and/or authorized third-party payment providers.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Shipping
Delivery estimates are estimates and may vary according to destination, production requirements, carrier operations, customs, local disruptions, and other factors outside our reasonable control.
Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.
Returns
Because many PetFace products are personalized, special return rules apply.
Please review our Return and Refund Policy before completing your purchase.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Intellectual Property
The PetFace name, brand identity, website design, graphics, written materials, logos, product presentation, and other proprietary materials belong to PetFace or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially exploited without authorization.
Website Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website where reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or technical error.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PetFace will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
